Online learning is an efective way to educate students. For example some student live in bad neighborhoods or rural areas where it may be to far or not safe. In addition, you don't have to get up early in the morning, you can do it on your own time and pace and that differentiates from going to a public school. Also, people have to work and be full time parents, for example single mother's and father's.
